To play: Click on the applet to make sure it has focus. Use
arrow keys to move piece left and right. Up-arrow flips the piece, down-arrow
speeds its descent.
You can also use 'W', 'A', 'S', 'D', or 'I', 'J', 'K', 'L' keys
instead of the arrow keys.
To spin the piece in the opposite direction, you can use the 'E' (or 'e') keys. (or 'O' or 'o' keys).
Scoring: You get 5 points for every piece you survive; the
speed also increases by 5 milliseconds. (So your score represents your
speed/reaction quite accurately; if your score is `high', please send a screenshot).
Some Records:
0th Place: Through some apparent bug in the program, Paul Unnamed managed to get 2030 when the game suddenly stopped displaying score of 7600 (Looks like I'll have to fix the game; Maybe it's the Microsoft VM to blame?; I got a screenshot with the score.)
1st Place: Natalie and Alex Etinger(R.I.P.) and Silo and Brian Corcoran tied at 990 (WOW!)
2nd Place: jeremy with 985.
3th Place: CheezHankrn and Kirill and Matt Hatter tied at 975
4th Place: Philippe Thibault and CalcMan with 965
5th Place: Particle with 960
6th Place: Houaida with 910
7th Place: Tim Rattray with 900
8th Place: Landy with 880
Let's see if you can beat that :-)
